Pledge Review
The Pledge Review report shows every pledge in your system — both "To Give" (personal giving commitments) and "To Raise" (bundling commitments). It gives you a complete picture of your pledge pipeline, including pledge status, expected amounts, actual contributions to date, and staff/principal assignments. This is your master list for tracking all outstanding and completed pledge commitments.
To access it, navigate to Reports in the left sidebar, then click Pledge Review under the Fundraising Reports tab.
Data
The table lists every individual pledge record as its own row. One person may appear multiple times if they have made multiple pledges (e.g., multiple installments, both a To Give and a To Raise pledge, or pledges across multiple time periods).
Note: Some columns may be hidden at smaller screen sizes. The Export button always contains all columns.

Tips & Best Practices
• Installment pledges: If a donor has pledged a large amount in installments (e.g., $500/month for 6 months), each installment will appear as its own row in this report. The Contributions column will show how much has been received against each installment.
• Overdue pledges: Look for Active pledges where the Date is in the past and Contributions is $0.00. These are unfulfilled pledges that may need a follow-up call or email.
• To Give vs. To Raise: Filter or sort by the Type column to separate personal giving commitments from bundling commitments. Use the Raiser Review report if you specifically want to focus on "To Raise" pledges with attribution-based tracking.
• Staff and principal assignments: Use the Principal and Staff columns to sort pledges by who is responsible, which makes it easy to generate individual follow-up lists for each team member.
