Forgot Your Password
If you’re unable to log in, you can reset your password at any time using the “Forgot your password?” link on the Campaign Deputy login page.
How It Works
Go to the login screen and click Forgot your password?
Enter the email address associated with your Campaign Deputy account.
You’ll receive an email with a secure link to reset your password.
Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password.
Once you’ve successfully reset your password, you’ll be able to log in immediately with your new credentials.
Didn’t Receive the Email?
There are a few reasons why you may not receive your reset email:
Wrong Email Address
Make sure you entered the same email address you use to log in. Password resets can only be sent to registered user emails. If you have access to multiple campaign accounts, confirm you’re using the correct one.
Bounced or Blocked Email
If the message doesn’t arrive in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. Some email providers may block automated messages. If you still can’t find it, contact your IT team to ensure emails from @campaigndeputy.com are allowed. If your email address has a red triangle next to it, you have to contact our support team to resolve this.
No Account Found
If your email isn’t recognized, that means no user account exists under that address. You’ll need to contact your campaign’s Account Administrator to confirm whether an account was created for you or to request a new invitation.
Still Having Trouble?
If you’ve confirmed your email and checked your spam folder but haven’t received a password reset email, contact Campaign Deputy Support, include the email address you’re trying to log in with so our team can assist you.
