Update MiTN IDs

MiTN uses a "Client ID" to keep contacts in sync with vendors using the import function. Some actions in Campaign Deputy can cause a contact record to lose that ID and generate a new one.

  • Deleting a record

  • Merging a record

  • Importing a duplicate

Setting a Person's MiTN ID

When you edit a Person record, you can set a MiTN IDin the Compliance Specific ID field. On your next Disclosure Report you generate, Campaign Deputy will use this ID for the contact and any associated transactions.

Setting an Organization's MiTN ID

When you edit an Organization record, you can set a MiTN ID in the Compliance Specific ID field. On your next Disclosure Report you generate, Campaign Deputy will use this ID for the organization and any associated transactions.
