You may see this message and it could be caused by a few different reasons.
You may need to ask KREF to adjust your reporting date range.
You had a contribution or disbursement before your treasurer filled their statement of intent. You may need to ask KREF to adjust your reporting date range as well.
Due to the way Campaign Deputy's KREF import works, you will need to adjust the dates inside the KREF system manually. Campaign Deputy cannot reupload changed dates.
