Cancelling your Account

You may cancel your account using the "Change or Cancel" link in your billing portal to request that your account be cancelled. Per our Terms of Service, requests to cancel require a 30 day notice. You will still be responsible for any additional charges for Emails, Texting, or other usage, during the 30 day notice period. We may limit the usage of those services during the cancellation period.

Unless previously agreed upon, you can request an invoice to pay to store your data for the next cycle. We are not required to store your data and it may be deleted after 90 days.

We  do offer options for those who wish to maintain access to their Campaign Deputy account after their election. Please contact your Account Manager to discuss those prices as it's depending on the type of account.
