What Happens When You Cancel or Pause Your Account?
You may cancel your account using the "Change or Cancel" link in your billing portal to request that your account be cancelled. Per our Terms of Service, requests to cancel require a 30 day notice. You will still be responsible for any additional charges for Emails, Texting, or other usage, during the 30 day notice period. We may limit the usage of those services during the cancellation period.
Canceling Your Account
When you cancel your account:
Immediate Access: You'll retain access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle.
Access: At the end of your billing period, you will lose access to your account. You can ask the support team to reactivate your account if needed.
Billing: You won't be billed again after cancellation.
Data Retention: Your data is stored for a specified period of 90 days, after which it may be permanently deleted. You may purchase a Data Storage option to store your data for a period of 1 year, or more. You should export any data you wish to keep.
Email Limitations: We may limit your ability to send emails beyond your monthly credits immediately upon cancellation.
Reactivation: You can usually reactivate your account anytime within the retention period without losing your data or settings.
Pausing Your Account
If you choose to pause instead of cancel:
Temporary Suspension: Your account becomes inactive temporarily, and billing is paused.
Access: At the end of your billing period, you will lose access to your account. You can ask the support team to reactivate your account if needed.
Data & Settings: All your data and settings are retained and safely stored.
Extended Pause: If your pause is extended beyond a certain duration, a Data Storage contract is required, or your account will automatically transition to a canceled status.
Reactivation: You can reactivate your account anytime, instantly restoring full access.
Data Storage Contract
We do offer the ability to store your data for extended periods. This offsets the cost of storing your data, along with daily backups, for extended periods of time.
Terms: You can purchase a Data Storage Contract for 1-4 years.
Cost: $50/year
Reactivation
You can reactivate an account at any time by contacting our support team. You will need to provide a payment method before our team can reactivate your account.
Cost: Equal to 50% of your first month plan.
Paused Accounts: Waived if your account was paused.
Data Storage Accounts: Waived if you had an active Data Storage Contract.
