Email Sending Limits
Each account is assigned an email sending limit. Most accounts start with a daily limit of 5,000-10,000 emails. This allows Campaign Deputy to verify that the list has a low bounce and spam rate, without impacting our reputation with major email providers like Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, and Apple. If you need a higher initial limit, you can discuss the option of a dedicated IP address with your Account Executive. Please note that dedicated IP addresses require a six month minimum commitment.
As an Email Service Provider (ESP), Campaign Deputy is required to monitor our clients’ email reputation and sending volume. Email providers mandate that we maintain a neutral email reputation to ensure continued acceptance of our emails. Failure to address any reputation issues may result in Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, and Apple blocking our ability to send emails.
