DNS settings for your domain

To utilize various features of Campaign Deputy, you’ll need to set up DNS records for your domain. You can find these records in your email or within your Campaign Deputy account settings. Below, you’ll find walkthrough videos for common DNS providers to guide you through the setup process.

Please note, these DNS records will not affect your website’s hosting or email reception. They are solely for enabling us to send emails on your behalf, verified through DKIM/SPF.

To setup your DNS at GoDaddy you can add the records to your domain. If this is your first time we suggest setting the TTL (Time to Live) setting as low as possible. This allows you to make changes without waiting the full TTL time.

A WIX admin would have access to add the DNS records to the account. Details on adding a CNAME or TXT record are below for WIX.
