Arizona BEACON EZ Bulk Upload

BEACON is the Arizona Secretary of State's online campaign finance filing system. Campaign Deputy can generate your Campaign Finance Reports in the correct format for the BEACON system’s “EZ Bulk Upload”.

To gather your report, first view the Compliance Report in Campaign Deputy to make sure that you have taken care of all outstanding items.

Then, head to “Disclosure” to create and generate your finance report.

After the report is generated, you can download the report from Campaign Deputy and import it into the BEACON system.

Campaign Deputy supports the following transactions for the BEACON system:

• Monetary Contributions

• In-Kind Contributions

• Bank Interest

• Transfers

At this time, the EZ Bulk import does not support Expenditures, Refunds, or Distributions. These will need to be manually entered into BEACON.
