Adding a FEC Treasurer

To add your committee’s Treasurer or another officer:

  1. Go to Settings → Account.

  2. In the Officers section, click Add Officer.

  3. Fill in the officer’s details, including:

    • First and Last Name

    • Street Address, City, State, and Zip Code

    • Select Treasurer from the Officer Type dropdown

  4. Click Add to save.

Like a Candidate record, a Treasurer record cannot be deleted, or merged. You may receive an error if you attempt either in the system.

The Treasurer’s information will now appear in the Officers list on your Account Settings page. This will also update the Treasurer on your FEC report.
