Getting Started with Automations
The Automations Dashboard can be accessed via the Digital Area. From the Dashboard, users can add, copy, edit, or delete Automations.
Use-Cases
Automations can be great for sending personalized emails to targeted donor segments, ensuring your message(s) reach the right supporters at the right time. Create automated email sequences to send out event invitations, confirmation emails, reminders, and follow-ups.
Automations Dashboard
From the Automations Dashboard, users can access the following functions:
Create a new Automation.
View comprehensive Automations analytics.
Edit, Copy, Delete, and view the Analytics of each individual Automation.
Using the Editor
The Automations editor allows users to create and manage Automations from a unified space. Read our help article Automations Steps to learn more about each step's function in-depth.
Active Automations
Automations must be activated individually. Read our help article Automations Triggers to learn more about triggering enabled automations.
